NOV 27   The SuperSoul Brothers meet the CRD Soulphonics Orchestra

The Smac Ampli, the ACP and the SuperSoul Brothers have something in store for its spectators on November 27, 2021 in the magnificent setting of the Saint-Louis Theater in Pau, with a brand new concept entitled “CRD SOULPHONICS ORCHESTRA”. Two universes will unite to offer a live symphonic version of compositions from the first album of the rising Deep Soul group from Béarn: The SuperSoul Brothers. An incredible evening with nearly thirty musicians on stage.
In order to celebrate the release of their first album (official release on September 24, 2021), Les SuperSoul have decided to merge with the Conservatoire Pau-Béarn-Pyrénées in order to revisit some of their titles in symphonic version through arrangements made by Nathalie Biarnes and Jean-Baptiste Salles.
“CRD SOULPHONICS ORCHESTRA” aims to thrill audiences with
at the union of raw rhythm and classical instruments.
An invitation provoked and proposed by the smac Ampli  "I was looking for a group inhabited by the spirit of the original Soul and to immerse them in the symphonic universe, in original compositions", mentions Bertrand Pérès "-"The real strength is in the crossbreeding of genres and cultures. It is the most beautiful thing one can have, show and give. Unity through Music beyond all our differences”, affirms David, singer of the SuperSoul Brothers.
Democratizing and decompartmentalising classical music is also the objective of this incredible evening. Immersing yourself in the musical universe of an artist, and redoing the musical arrangements is one thing, but creating cohesion between pieces of different compositions, and asking the authors/composers to reinterpret them with an orchestra of nearly 20 musicians , it's a different story.
“There has to be cohesion through it all, but the sensitivity of all these artists is a strong common bond. Music is what brings this project together,” concluded Jean-Baptiste Salle from the Pau conservatory.
